It offers two king bedroom suites, each with its own full bathroom, Smart TV, private patio and exterior entrance. The interior connecting door remains open when the villa is rented as a whole, giving your group both privacy and easy access between the spaces. The main living area features a fireplace, comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, dining for six and a fully stocked kitchen. Additional fireplaces create a warm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the villa. From the patios, enjoy beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, cascading fountains and lush fruit trees. The villa is exceptionally close to the main resort pool, spa, clubhouse and fitness center, with the hammock garden and other Legacy Villas amenities only steps away.

Legacy Villas is a peaceful, 44-acre guard-gated resort community nestled at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Its palm-filled grounds feature 12 pools, 11 spas, walking and biking paths, children’s splash fountains, cabanas, a hammock garden, outdoor fireplaces, a fitness center and a seasonal poolside café. A pedestrian pathway connects the community to neighboring La Quinta Resort & Club, where dining, shopping, golf and spa services are available separately. Legacy Villas is also close to Old Town La Quinta, championship golf, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and the Empire Polo Club.
Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire two-bedroom villa, including both connected suites, the kitchen, living and dining areas, bathrooms and patios. You’ll also have access to Legacy Villas’ pools, spas, clubhouse, fitness center and grounds. The only restricted area is the locked owner’s closet.

During Coachella and Stagecoach, the official La Quinta Resort & Club shuttle stop is approximately ½ mile away—about an 8–10-minute walk from Legacy Villas. A festival shuttle pass is required, and pickup details should be confirmed with the festival each year.
